Gerdi Troskie BMus, MMus, UM (Amsterdam), UOLM, UVLM
Gerdi completed her degrees at the University of Port Elizabeth, South Africa. She then took up post-graduate organ studies at the Amsterdam Conservatorium with the early music specialist Jacques van Oortmerssen, gaining her Soloist's Diploma (UM) in 1996. From 1997 to 2005 Gerdi was an academic and organ tutor at the Royal College of Music Junior Department. She has participated as tutor on several organ courses, including Oundle for Organists, the POTS course, and the Royal School of Church Music's Annual Summer Course for Organists. She has played recitals in many European countries.
